Celerity Miniature Homes insures the shipments at the amount of wholesale price. We will replace the shipment if the shipper is at fault. If pieces are damaged, broken, missing or misplaced we can replace them. We have the plans for all Celerity Miniature Homes sold and can replace any part needed.
Don’t Receive My Shipment:
- Contact the retailer to confirm the order has been placed with Celerity Miniature Homes.
- Notify Celerity Miniature homes to track the shipment status.
My shipment is received damaged:
- Contact the shipper and notify them of the issue.
- Take pictures of the exterior damage before opening the package.
- Inspect the pieces for any damage and make a list of issues.
- Contact Celerity Miniature Homes for the replacement parts.
I have parts missing:
- Contact us via this site with the house name, part name, letter (A, B, etc.).
- You will receive confirmation when the replacement is shipped.
I loose or break a piece:
- Contact Celerity Miniature Homes with the kit number and the letter (A, B, etc.) of the part .
- You will receive confirmation when the replacement is shipped.
