With the business dynamics at this time we do not stock completed kits. We have kits with all walls and pieces boxed up. When you place an order, we cut out the doors and windows for the specific design. Many of our kits have the same size and design of walls. This process lets us utilize our inventory to its best potential.
Once the order is placed we router out the doors and windows, do a quality check to verify the door or window cut-out is exact, final sanding, do a complete inventory to verify all parts and pieces are included and then pack for shipment. Depending on the type of house this could take two days.
We ship all orders via UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. Shipping is within 7 days or less from receipt of the order.
