- Stairs, porch post and porch rails with spindles
- All surfaces and edges are lightly sanded close to ‘ready to paint’
- All door and window openings are dry fit verified
- Moveable partitions allow flexible room arrangements
- Easy to follow and well illustrated assembly instructions
- Shipping is not included, but will be boxed and via UPS ground

- Lighting wiring is easy to install in this unique plywood
- We do not use MDF in our kits
